K, so they have them EVERYWHERE!!!! "oxygen" saunas are almost as good, might be the same thing, so search for them in your area!! I did this teh other day and seriously was 3 pounds lighter the next morning. I did it in San Francisco, and it was only $35 for a 45 mi. session. i just got reallly bored. but im ALWAYS bored. id rather be bored and sitting and not eating while losing weight than bored while running and hurting. AND WHAT IS UNBELIEVEABLE IS THAT IT INCREASES YOUR HEART RATE SO MUCH THAT ITS LIKE A REAL WORKOUT!! DID YOU SEE THAT YOU BURN AS MANY CALS AS U WOULD IN LIKE A 6 MILE RUN? LIKE 600 CALORIES!!! OMG

Of course, this is "not for weight loss" but the celebs do it before events and lose like 5 pounds immediately. So, im very happy that im finding cool/interestying/kinda weird stuff to help with my weight loss. Although, i am unhappy to report that im a huge fatass. hopefully this fastass testimonal that i am about to give will hit home for you guys and motivate:
Right now, I am wearing elastic-band mesh shorts that are SUPER tight and i am wearing them above my belly button so i dont have to see my fat. i am also just wearing a sports bra. i am trying to stretch the sportsbra down far enough and hike my shorts up enough so i dotn have to look at my stomach. seriously, it makes me want to cry soemtimes. its just so frustrating and FUCKING DISGUSTING. I usually sleep clothes-less with jack, but lately ive been wearing his gross flannel pajama pants to bed and AGAIN, WEARING THEM ABOVE MY BELLY BUTTON as if to TUCK IN my fat. please tell me you know how this feels and that this NEEDS to go away. i just wanna work out in a sports bra.
It's easter, and im proud to say i havent eaten yet. i NEED to do this today. i just need ONE clean day of no food and then i feel like i can do it. ive been sooooooooooooo gross. last night was bad. chevys, margaritas, gross fried chicken bites and tons of chips and salt and two fuckign coffees earlier that day. i am fatter than i was when i visited. its ok, im on a mission now.

seriously i dont want to add it up, prob at least 2500. actually more. and NO water.
k so reading one of my health mags, and it said the weirdest thigns ever:
if you do NOT lsiten to an Ipod, music, tv, etc while working out, you are 90% more likely to lose weight then if you use these devices. i guess if you are 100% CONCIOUS of your horrible workout, and dont distract yourself, you realize the pain you aer going thru to get the bod you want... and maybe that pain makes you want the goal more. if you distract, then arent as aware of your goal? maybe?
i put spandex on yesterday. spandex shorts like rosies but smaller and nike and neon green. and it wasnt time yet. i wanted to cry,. and when i say cry i like reallllly mean it. you know?? it was just disgusting. but motivating.
when you guys are bored, go bathing suit shopping. that helps too. since our goal is sort of for SUMMER, bathing suits are def involved in this. so go try some on and I PROMISE YOU that you will not eat all day. if you look anythign like me.
