good news: after i posted yesterday i worked out hella and burned 450 cals doing cardio... and i had only eaten 550... so i only have 100 left... and i was told somewhere that you multiply your weight by 10 and that is how many cals you natuarally burn in a day... ex: if you weigh 118 then in one day you naturally burn 1180 without doing anything.. just by sitting around, sleeping, ect.
anyhooo... today:
food:
- yougert (40)
- nutrasystem pasta (130)
- three crystal light (30)
- tea (125)
- gum (10)
- sugar free chocolate pudding (60)
- cottage cheese (300)
- dry lettus
- two granola bars (200)
TOTAL: 895
it was kinda annoying cause i was doing sooooooo well... i was at like 550cal and about to stop and then i went to the gym and played volleyball for about 30min... then after the gym i came home and felt like it would be ok if i ate a little bit more.. so i ate a little more cottage cheese and those two damn granola bars which bumped me up hella. damnit.
furthermore...
today at the kindergarten class that i work at we were talking about elephants...
teacher, "an elephant is about 12 thousand pounds"
student, "does that mean it weighs more then rosie?"
i think this comment is a sign that i need to slim down a bit.

also, i made a decision that im not going to go to the grocery store anymore this semester... unless i run out of tea.
thats three weeks of whatever i can find in my kitchen.. so i better spread that out.
i did not make this... im not that much of a lez...
