Here we go...






Let's all remember how motivated we are right now!!!
EVERYDAY, post the following:

-Weight (try to weigh same time everyday)
-Food eaten and approx. calories (EVERYTHING, even 2 m&ms!!)
-Water/Liquid (how many glasses of H20, also coffee or diet coke, etc, even calorie free drinks)
-Pills/Vitamins
-Excercise (even include walking to class, etc. if over like 6 min walk; also-- approx. calories burned)
-General comments about that day... hunger, times of day you ate, what is working, what is hard, energy, etc.)
-How much money you owe if applicable
-Comment on anyone else's blog post if you want!
-INSPIRING COMMENTS-- just remind us how good it feels to be empty in the morning, etc!
-POST OF PICTURE!!!!!! this will help so much!!!!! preferably of someone very thin, but even a fatty every once in a while.
