OH MY GOD EXCERCISE WORKS!!


Fuck Easter, but....

I'm so pumped, i ate like only a mini-fatass yesterday (Easter)... didnt eat allll day, and at dinner had what normal people would see as a well-balanced meal

small piece salmon
tiny bit mashed potatoes
large salad with light dressing and apples
TOO MUCH BREAD, like 6 pieces minimum
lots of water


so at that point, i was happy because i had only eaten 1 meal and it was pretty good besides the massive amts of bread i ate.


THEN....
i went to jacks late night and i got high and thats when the devil comes out


I FUCKING OFFERED TO ORDER A PIZZA AT 11:30 PM AND PAY FOR IT. its like why do i do this?? i dont need pizza. i am happy going to bed. and its not like i ask if anyone else is down, i just fucking OFFER TO PAY. its like the devil just comes out and says "sara, fuck you i want you to stay fat and poor, im getting pizza... and youre not going to have just one slice, no way.... since you are totally paying for it, you dont want to waste your money. that means 3 pieces minimum"


fuck you devil!!


BUT.........

i ran 3 miles, burnt over 400 calories.... and i woke up skinnier (ahem, NOT skinny, but better) than ive been this whole time!!!!! because, basically, the pizza was cancelled out by my workout!!! so all i really ate was that dinner.

this is why i was able to work out:



my parents have a fucking treadmill with a TELEVISION in it!!! with cable!! but thats mildly cool, its just as easy to have a tv right in front of you.... and they have that too!!! so, with me and my ADD, i would watch a channel on the big screen and when a commercial was coming up, i would just use the treadmills' tv to find another good tv station STAT!!! so there were NO commercials... PLUS it was easter sunday, and Napoleon Dynamite, Legally Blonde, Philidelphia, Best Week Ever, Americas Next Top model were ALL ON AT THE SAME TIME!!!! so there was so much good tv.

Anyways, now for some motivation... sort of....


DID YOU GUYS EVER WATCH MAKING THE BAND-- P DIDDYS ONE??

well, it was fumb as duck but i watched it because i had a huge GIRL CRUSH on <3 Aubrey<3 because she had the most amazing body, she was soooo cute.. alittle LA cute, but still so cute, she'd wear cute little C&C tiger print tops with like neon green spandex shorts etc etc and her tight stomach was always showing, she'd only like dance in sports bras and just had the cutest dance clothes ever (because they were so little and she could wear 'em)

the pictures of her are all bad... the one above, although shes sloching, is when she looks cute, in her workout shit, without that fucking large hair. this is not even a good piture, but i love her shes so fucking cute...


i mean, she looks a little cheesy in these... shes way cuter when shes in just a sports bra and little spandex shorts and sweaty... you know? shes one of those girls... whys she gotta go get all done up with big hair?? and, more importantly... whyd she have to go AND GET SO FUCKING FAT???








and she was soooo cute!!!!!






HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?? i doubt she has just been eating 5000 calories a day... i think she slowly let herself go..... but this should be motivating.... we can go in either direction. i am closer to the FAT aubrey... but now i know that i can look like her fit pictures.... but i can also be a huge fatty.

i am so pumped about working out just after one day.... i seriously look better than ive looked AND i had a pretty big meal and late night nasty snack. i just hope that i can cut out the late-night pizza because then i will go to bed having burned all the calories from all the food i ate that day... sick but good.

fergie is soooo fugly, but she does have an amazing body.... not lately, but i remember seeing her in her videos in the beginning and being like WOAH

finally, my view on easter/birthdays:
they dont count.... as long as every other day DOES count!!!! then you can look forward to these days and go crazy.... but hopefully you wont even want to go crazy because youve been working so hard to get that hot bod.right now, pick the next day that you are going to "go crazy"..... someones bday? next holiday? just sundays???

all of us should just put socks and sneakers on EVERYDAY because then it just feels like you can walk out and start running.. you know? one of the hardest parts is getting dressed and going to the gym.

girls, you went and got reeses TOGETHER???? so dissappointed!!! you have to discourage each other, you should be AFRAID to get reeses around each other. go on a 10 minute walk RIGHT NOW.
