P.ROE DAY DOS!!!!!

Holla ladiessss,
Let me start of by saying that i want this shirt....not necessarily because i would ever wear it arounf BUT because i want to be ABLE to wear it around.......I WANNA BE A SKINNY LITTLE BITCH (emphasis on the skinny and little.......)


Alright so let me just say that this blog is awesome, not only entertaining but fuck man it scares the shit outta me....having to write down every bit of greasy food i put in my mouth..and THEN share it with you guys.....i mean shit thats fucked up buttttt wow does it help me control what i do place in my mouth....thank goodness penises are calorie free cuz you know i have like have one in my mouth like at least 4 times a day now.....[that's 1 penis, 4 times a day....no to be confused with 4 different penises, 4 times a day or even worse 4 penises, at one time........] baaaaaasically im taking rosie's AMAZING advice and sexing off the excess weight....or at least i plan to use that as one of my main methods for working out.............BAHHHHH I GOT LAID LAST NIIIIIIIIIIGHT LA DEEEEEEE DOOOOOOOO WOOOOOOPDEEEEEDOOOOOOOO LAAAAAAA DEEEEEEE DAAAAAA....sorry, i cant control it sometimes....ON THE REAL though, in response to sara's whole post....i COMPLETELY agree...whenever i take the time to do things well and spend extra time on every little task I do i generally end up with a cleaner space, better prepared food, more HW done, nicer nails, cleaner face, hair, body, etc etc....and overall alot less stress and fat all over....getting in shape and losing weight is ALL about control, so therefore you have to start controlling the other little aspects of your life to really achieve a higher control level of your eating habits as well. I've made a promise to myself to never go to bed without washing the face and brushing the teeth...like if i dont i'll lay in bed and just agonize and waste more sleep over it had i just gotten up and DONE it...i notice the same pattern with working out....i'll sit for an hour deciding if i should go and its like fuck dude, had you gotten up and gone 3 hrs ago...you'ld be 1 step closer to lookin like a smokin hot babe like my girl kate....not this weird little forest creature..............

ANYWHOOO here are my stats from yesterday:
FOOD:
•cottage doubles (pineapple flavor in case anyone is interested....) (130)
•kiwi (50)
• hella foccacia type bread with hella oil and parm and balsamic vinegar (approx. 8748348299 cals...k maybe i rounded up a little too high....i'm gonna go with 450)
•chinese chicken salad:
-lettuce (100)
-chicken (200)
-dressing...only used a 1/3 (yay go me!) mehhh still prob 250
GRAND TOTAL: 1180
not great.... i def didnt eat all day and then made up for it ALL that night....
WATER:
•2 Liters
EXERCISE:
hmmm let's see, walking, climbing up stairs to my apt. and other random places, hmmmm what else ohhhhh yaaaaaaaaaaaa S E X for like 3 hours....annnnnd i put that extra effort in to do 2/3 of the work (i.e. me on top) exhausting, thighs so sore right now.....oh and good thing it was nighttime cuz hella shit was bouncing up and down all over the place and lets just say most of it was not my tig ol bitties.......yaaaaa still def HELLA cals burned...shit man, even if it wasn't HELLA cals...I GOT LAID BITCHES yeeeeeeaaaaaaahhhhhhh! (k, im done)
GOALS:
•Sara's 30 sit-ups
•5 min of jumping jacks

....i totally love this idea....and it think we should switch it up like every 4 or 5 days or something....what do you think guys?

....yaaaaa total back fetish right here......i mean really though, there is nothing hotter than a hot little bony back, shoulder blades, the works........i wanna be able to do this whole look-back-pose WITHOUT the large tire fat roll in it.....where i am going to find a dress like that/ a red carpet event/ photographers who are beggin to photograph me is still in question...buuuuuut most likely if i looked more like that they probably would be dying to.......no, really.

juuuust a teensy bit obsessed....but she is SO cute and SO SO tiny....



Ok, so i have BIG issue with my BIG thighs and well, legs in general so this is great inspiration.....PLUS summer is just around the corner and that means shorts, little skirts alllll time time....





but ALWAYS keep in mind that this shit can be SO scary....dont hate me for posting this....this shit is prettttayyyyy gnarlaaayyyyyyy
