If there are two things i HATE, they are smileys and girl spelled gUrl with a U....OBSCENE. Just a little factoid boutcha girl...OK so the day before yesterday (yesterday...i'll post that one later) was pretty good....good workout, good eats, check it out chicas......

Basically, i just gotta cut the sugar and i am golden...I worked ouot twice and i can already see it in my legs and feel it in my ass which is probably one of the most inspiring feeling ever. I was reading some creepy ano forums and one approach they suggest is finding a picture of yourself at a weight that you aspire to be again...(of course the forum was like but strive for more, be skinny, blah blah blah creepy shit/so true......) anyways so here is my pic for myself...its pretty emo and my face is cut out but i did have a six-pack...mehhhhh i long for those days. You guys should find one and post it to...or just have it mind, keep it around, nothing makes u realize how much u let yourself go until you see the tanglible truth right in front ofyour face...and it makes u feel pretty motivated knowing what you have the potential to be....
