ro day #6

BACK ON TRACK. WOO... I think the inspiration probably came from Larry Burkhead.
Although, still no excersize :(

food:
- yougert (40)
- nutrasystem soup (120)
- three crystal light (30)
- tea (100)
- gum (15)
- tofu (75)
- sugar free chocolate pudding (60)
- southbeach granola bar (100)
- cucumber and lettus no dressing
TOTAL: 540!!!!!!

so much better then before and it feels so good. im going to bed hungry and tomorrow morn i will no doubt feel completely back after a couple days of total crap.
