ok, so as much as i would love to post pictures... i think im too retarded to figure out how.... ill work on that though.
on another note, i went tanning today, so instead of loseing weight im just trying to become black so ill look slimmer... yess? well maybe the crack rock will help out a little too.

veggies - tomatoes, cucumbers, and red pepper (50cal)

GRAND TOTAL: 795... BOOYA.
excersize: hard core volleyball (ie i was hella gross and sweaty) for like 30-45min... and then i went to a play nice and sweaty.. im sure the person next to me really appreciated that.
pills: i think i took one vitamin but i couldnt remember if i had already taken one, so maybe two. yea, i know im a badass.
water: hella
weight: still hella fat... maybe like minus .003lbs from yesterday.
oh yea, and to respond to sara's rounding up thing - i completely agree. its better to round up and think your eating alot to make yourself stop.
sara - no more tempura you fatty. oh yea, and.. come back.
paula - just have hella sex... then there's no need to work out.
