I had a good day yesterday...! WOO....I ate little bits and bites of things I was craving and totally controlled portion size and how much i was eating which is always good....I also worked out so i'm feeling good......not to be a total obnoxious tool about everytime i get some buuuuut i DID last night and im pretty sure i was rolling with negative calories intake by hour 3 of the bone sesh.......WORDSCHASEWIRTZ. Here are my stats, check em out....!
FOOD:
•1 oatmeal packet (150)
•lemon tea
•medium apple (50)
•luna bar (180)
•coffee
•1/2 yogurt (50)
• graham cracker (100)
•1/2/ brownie (150)
•miscellaneous (couple pretzels, raisins) (50)
• 2 bites of that chocolate butter shit (200)
1/2 small banana (50)
TOTAL: 980
WATER: 1 liter
WORKOUT: 2 miles on treadmill (-275)
TOTAL - WORKOUT (715)
I think what really works for me is eating healthy and the minute I crave some chocolate or bad food I just have a little bite an im good to go.....i mean sometimes...other times i gorge myself with massive amounts of chipotle, you know, like 3....circa 2 weeks ago....coooooool. Basically I am full of shit. Anywho lets hope i can keep the eating ok/working out shit goin, cuz i'd like to see these thighs goin goin gooone.
