ok, so i ate a lot this weekend but i worked out a lot too so i think it all evened out... i went on a run to a yoga studio and took a 1.5 hour class then ran back, and i went on a hike, a bunch of walking in general... so i dont feel too fat today which is nice
saturday (ha! but there was lots of drama so i was semi depressed witch, for me, always involves eating) :

and i only have a few days till i go home so i gotta suck it up and do well... xxo
